Deepa is one of the authors of the Global Lexicon, that is highlight in this presentation. Ms. Srinivasan has also recently developed an ontology for a holistic Knowledge Management System specifically designed for Emergency Managers, Planners and First Responders to: strengthen coordination and productivity levels; improve their day-to-day operations; and integrate across government departments before, during, and after hazard events.

Ms. Srinivasan directs all planning, disaster management, grants management, outreach, and technology projects for VPC and heads the business development arm for the firm. Ms. Srinivasan is a Certified Planner and a Certified Floodplain Manager. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning.
