Jo Chapman is a senior product owner, specialising in templated workflows, taxonomy and metadata design, and enterprise content management. With over 20 years of experience in global localisation, content systems, and workflow optimisation, she helps organisations build frameworks and standardised processes that enable automation and prepare content for AI.

Jo's work focuses on creating scalable, template-driven approaches that make content findable, reusable, and operationally efficient. She holds an MA in Applied Translation Studies from the University of Leeds.
