I am a taxonomy professional of 20 years' experience, with insights gained into how to develop and implement an organisation-wide classification structure to help users find what they're looking for.  I have experience of working with a photo library of 22 million assets, managing the taxonomy for a large charity and running the internal search product for a large ecommerce site.  I have strong experience in helping users find what they're looking for through devising structures, user research, user testing, validation techniques and ensuring proper application of terms to content.
