Recognizing knowledge is a strategic asset and enabler of organizational learning, Ashley takes multidisciplinary approach to her knowledge management role at Amgen, where she works with subject matter expects from a multitude of areas throughout R&D to capture and cultivate knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices enabling higher product quality, a culture of continuous improvement, and increased innovations.

Prior to joining Amgen, Ashley spent 20 years with Thomson Reuters where her efforts in maintaining knowledge and process improvement for an entire department led to her being asked to take on the sole role as Knowledge Manager where she enabled business strategy and achieved organizational objectives by capturing employee knowledge in a central, searchable repository while leading a 70+ Knowledge Management community of practice.
