Connor Cantrell is a design thinker and spreadsheet enthusiast who found her path from the library world into information architecture. Working in academic libraries for several years primed her to rapidly deploy her experience scoping and solving information problems with Factor’s clients.

Connor was born and raised in the L.A./Orange County area but has spent most of her adult life in the Pacific Northwest. She earned her B.A. in American Studies from Reed College and her M.L.I.S. from the University of Washington, where she has since guest-lectured.
