Jenn earned a Master of Arts in Library Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she discovered a passion for organizing information. She has worked with taxonomies for over 15 years at a variety of companies including Abbott Laboratories, Motorola, Sears, Grainger, and currently Etsy.
