Bob is the president of The Understanding Group, a digital consulting firm dedicated to making the complex clear through information architecture. Bob has over years of experience managing early stage technology companies, providing leadership in marketing, sales, and business development across a variety of vertical industries. Bob studied digital libraries at the University of Michigan School of Information in the early 1990’s before working for an object-oriented software development firm where he first learned the power of object models.
