Julia Marshall has over 10 years of experience implementing auto-categorization systems, including: developing and managing taxonomies, creating and testing rule-bases, and integrating auto-categorization output into business processes. She is currently employed by Leidos as a Taxonomist supporting Federal initiatives on behalf of the Department of Justice. In this capacity, she works with Smartlogic’s Semaphore to manage enterprise taxonomies and is developing an auto-categorization system for various content assets. Previous experiences include, developing an auto-categorization system using SAS Content Categorization Studio for USAID’s Development Experience Clearinghouse, and presentations on managing auto-categorization projects at the SAS Analytics Conferences in 2013 and 2014.
