Irene is one of the co-founders of TopQuadrant, the vendor of TopBraid EDG, a leading information governance solution powered by the Knowledge Graph technologies. For over 20 years Irene has helped customers effectively deploy Enterprise Knowledge Graphs and build Graph-powered applications. She has written strategy papers, trained customers on the use of the Knowledge Graph standards, developed ontology models, designed solution architectures and defined deployment processes and guidance. A strong believer in the importance of shared semantics, Irene was the chair of the W3C working group that developed SHACL, a standard schema language for Knowledge Graphs.

Prior to TopQuadrant, Irene was a Principal at IBM's global Content and Knowledge Management Practice.
