From pioneering digital ecosystems to making metadata a household name (or at least in his house), Thomas knows that taxonomy is more than tagging—it's transformative. He has been a guide through the world of metadata for multiple organizations, ready to make terms like “semantic layer” sound thrilling (or at least essential!).

At Forrester, he led a team on a journey to reinvent digital publishing from the ground up, building technology that made content both manageable and impactful. His time at 20th Century Fox saw him guiding projects through a massive digital shift, proving that even in Hollywood, metadata matters.

Thomas shares his insights as a consultant and adjunct faculty at Rutgers, designing courses on AI for DAM, Digital Governance, and Creative Operations and teaching leaders and aspiring metadata maestros the fine art of turning information clutter into organizational transformation.
